We are delighted to see announced the new book deal for fitness expert Bradley Simmonds with HarperCollins imprint HQ!
Get It Done will be published in December 2017, and is a healthy eating, workout and lifestyle book from the footballer-turned-trainer-to-the-stars. Featuring an adaptable programme to suit different personal goals, the book includes HIIT and bodyweight exercises, weight training, TRX workouts and 60 recipes.
Here’s what Bradley said:
