Justine joined Bell Lomax Moreton from Pan Macmillan, where she commissioned and acquired picture books. She is an experienced and versatile editor and ex-publisher who has published baby, preschool and picture books, non-fiction, chapter books as well as series and middle-grade fiction. Justine has also worked in animation as a script editor and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Children’s Illustration.

As the agency’s Development Editor, Justine works with our authors and illustrators to help shape their work for submission to publishers. Justine is also building a boutique list of her own clients and looks for engaging and original illustrated stories and concepts, across all genres.
