Founder of The Breathing Room, certified yoga teacher and Transformational Breath facilitator, Aimee has been teaching breathwork techniques for over 10 years.
Drawing upon her knowledge and experience from years of studying yoga pranayama, conscious breathwork, Transformational Breath and other modalities, she uses a combination of breath techniques to help clients sleep better, manage stress and anxiety and enjoy all the benefits a breathwork practice can bring. She has also launched www.schoolbreathe.com breathwork for primary schools.
In her debut book Breathe Well, she shares over 70 practical and accessible breath techniques to learn and practice throughout life. It was published by Kyle Books in February 2020.
