Agent: Katie Fulford

Professor Snow is based at the University of Manchester and is the Project director of the NHS at 70 which since 2017 - supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund – has worked across the UK, recording over 1000 interviews from patients, staff, policymakers and the public about experiences of health and the place of the NHS in everyday life and work.

She is passionate about history’s public value and its power to transform our understandings of the present through exploring the past. Much of her work uses oral history to gather memories and reflections and through this she has the privilege of building engagement with people and communities across health and medicine. Our Stories: 75 Years of the NHS from the People who Built It, Lived It and Loved It was published in June 2023.
