John's picture book, I Say Ooh, You Say Ahh, has just WON the 4-7 category at the English Book Awards!
The awarding body have said "This year’s winning books demonstrated the synergy between high quality writing and imaginative well-crafted images, where each feeds and interacts with the other to create a book that fully engages the reader in both its design and content."
