We are delighted to see The New Adventures of Mr Toad: A Race for Toad Hall, by Tom Moorhouse and illustrated by Holly Swain, picked as 'One to Watch' in the The Bookseller's Children's Preview for March.
Editor Fiona Noble has described this new take on the classic Mr Toad stories as being a combination of 'top-notch storytelling from Moorhouse' and 'appealing, contemporary illustrations from Swain'.
Published by Oxford University Press, this is the first book in The New Adventures of Mr Toad series, with the second book Toad Hall in Lockdown due to be published in August 2017.
