We are wishing a very happy publication day to Victoria Turnbull and her stunning new picture book Kings of the Castle. Published by Templar, Kings of the Castle is a story of moonbathing, sandcastle building, and a seemingly impossible friendship.
The idea of Kings of the Castle was first conceived on my Cambridge MA course quite a few years ago. The book's changed a lot since then and I'm so delighted to finally see it published today - thank you to the wonderful Templar Publishing for making it happen. I've grown rather fond of the characters while making this book, so I really hope children take George and Nepo into their hearts too.
