Rose Blake is an illustrator and artist making drawings and pictures from a railway arch by a canal in London.
She studied at Kingston University and the RCA, and has worked for clients including The New York Times, BBC, The Sunday Times, TFL and Disney. She also shows with the Rebecca Hossack Gallery.
She likes swimming, singing and strong liquorice.
Rose’s published books include Meet the Artist: David Hockney (Tate, 2017), Going to School (Lincoln Children’s Books, 2017), and We’re All Works of Art (Pavilion, 2018), and A History of Music for Children (2021).
