Holly grew up in a little Cornish fishing village where she spent most of her childhood exploring rock pools. She completed a degree in fashion but soon found out she was RUBBISH at sewing. After that she moved to London and did lots of boring things in swanky offices but slowly became uninspired by the rat-race so moved back home. She’s now back living by the sea in Devon with her partner, two crazy little boys and a blind cat, and when she’s not entertaining little people in her local pre school, she spends her days doing what she loves the most…. writing for children. She is never without a notepad and loves to write funny rhyming texts that make children laugh out loud. She is also a huge advocate of reading for pleasure. Holly also likes, amongst other things, pickled eggs, rock pooling (still), mushroom hunting and sucking her thumb. She HATES coriander.
